To the best of our knowledge, prices on PUNK RAVE are accurate. However, in the unlikely event of a pricing error, PUNK RAVE reserves the right to correct and/or adjust the price of the item.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not constitute a contract. Orders may be canceled for reasons including, but not limited to, inability to authorize payment, insufficient stock, suspected fraudulent intent, or any other reason deemed appropriate by PUNK RAVE. Additionally, PUNK RAVE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order. If a canceled purchase has already been charged to the customer's credit card, PUNK RAVE will issue a credit to the account for the same amount within 7 business days. PUNK RAVE reserves the right to modify this website and the services and products described herein at any time without prior notice.

PUNK RAVE may run contests, lotteries, and promotions on the PUNK RAVE website and blog. These activities will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided to you at the relevant time.

If PUNK RAVE allows you to send a product to another person: you warrant that the recipient has consented to receive the message, and you agree to indemnify PUNK RAVE and its employees and agents against all proceedings, claims, and demands (including costs of defending or establishing any proceedings, claims, or demands) arising from sending any email or breaching the Spam Act 2003.
