Where are you located?

Can my package be shipped to a P.O. Box?

Is my package insured?
Once your package has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for loss or damage to your shipment. The carrier may leave the package at an alternative safe location at the delivery address if they deem it appropriate. Please verify UPS delivery availability in your area before placing your order. If you would like to add insurance or require a signature upon delivery, please contact us before placing your order. We can arrange this for an additional fee.
How accurate are the colors of the clothing?
We strive to represent clothing colors as accurately and truthfully as possible. However, there may be slight variations in color and size specifications. Please note that colors may also appear differently depending on your monitor settings and color calibration.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
If you receive an immediate order confirmation email detailing your purchase, your payment has been successful. Once your order is packed and shipped, we will send another email with a unique tracking number so you can follow your delivery right to your door.
How do your women's sizes fit?

Returns & Exchanges
What should I do if I need to exchange an item?
If you ordered the wrong size, don't worry! We offer a no-hassle return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact us via email at punkravefashion@gmail.com.
If you need us to mail you an exchange, please include a prepaid return bag so we can send your replacement back to you. For the full return address, please email punkravefashion@gmail.com.
What is your refund policy?
If you are unhappy with your order or change your mind for any reason, you are free to return it for a full refund, provided the items are in new, unworn, and unused condition with all tags attached, and the return is initiated within 7 days of receipt.
**Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for items purchased using discount codes, during marketplace sales, or as part of promotional offers.
