Return & Exchange Policy

·Promotional Items: All promotional, special offer, or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.

·7Day NoReason Return: Within 7 days of package delivery, you may request a noreason return if you are dissatisfied with the product, the size does not fit, or you believe there is a quality issue.

·30Day Quality Issue Return/Exchange: Within 30 days of delivery, we only accept return/exchange requests for items with clear quality defects. Issues not related to quality (e.g., change of mind, size preference) are not accepted during this period.

·After 30 Days: Once 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to provide any return or exchange service.

·Return Condition: Returned items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags attached, and in a resalable state.

Shipping & Delivery

·Processing & Delivery Time: Orders typically require 23 business days for processing. Domestic shipping takes approximately 57 business days. Please allow 710 business days in total for delivery.

·Order of Shipment: All orders are packed and shipped in the sequence of successful payment.

·Expedited Service: If you need your order expedited, please contact customer service before it is shipped. An expedited service may be available (additional fees may apply). Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping method cannot be changed.
